磷酸肌酸钠联合能量合剂治疗心肌炎患儿的临床疗效

The Clinical Uurative Effect of Creatine Phosphate Sodium Combined with Energy Mixture in Treatment of Children with Viral Myocarditis

目的探讨磷酸肌酸钠联合能量合剂治疗心肌炎患儿的临床疗效。方法收集我院2013年6月至2014年7月的120例心肌炎患儿资料,将患儿完全随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组患儿进行能量合剂治疗,观察组患儿采用磷酸肌酸钠和能量合剂联合使用的方法,比较两种方法的有效率、心律失常发生及心肌酶改变情况,并进行分析评价。结果观察组患儿总有效率明显高于对照组;两组患儿在治疗前均有不同程度的心肌酶及心律失常现象,治疗后对照组患儿的心肌酶恢复率为78.3%,观察组为98.3%,治疗后对照组心律失常比例为80.0%,观察组为96.7%,上述比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论联合使用磷酸肌酸钠和能量合剂治疗心肌炎患儿,能够有效提高患儿的临床治疗效果,改善心肌酶,减少心律失常的发生。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of creatine phosphate sodium combined with energy mixture in treating infantile myocarditis.Methods We chose 120 cases with pediatric myocarditisas the research object in our hospital,who has entered the hospital from June in 2013 to July in 2014.They were randomly divided intoobservation group and control group,60 cases in each group,the control group were treated only with energy integratedagent,while the observation group were treated with creatine phosphate sodium and energy integrated agent.Finally the comparison of the clinical efficiency between two methods were operated,including effective percentage and changing on myocardial enzyme and the evaluation of arrhythmia.Results The observation group with total efficiency is significantly higher than that of the control group;two groups before treatment had different degree of myocardial enzymes and cardiac arrhythmia phenomenon,after the treatment of myocardial enzymes in children with the recovery rate of control group was 78.3%,98.3% in the observation group,the control group after treatment of arrhythmia ratio is 80.0%,the observation group was 96.7%,the above comparison the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The combined use of sodium phosphocreatine and energy mixture in the treatment of children with myocarditis,can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of children,improve the myocardial enzyme, reduce the occurrence of arrhythmia.
