钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效

The Clinical Efficacy of plate Fixation in the Treatment of Intra-articular Calcaneal Fractures

目的探讨钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折的临床疗效。方法收集我院2012年6月至2014年5月治疗的80例跟骨关节内骨折患者资料,将患者完全随机分成观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用切开复位方法治疗,观察组患者采用钢板内固定方法治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果对照组患者总有效率为65.0%,观察组患者总有效率为92.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钢板内固定治疗跟骨关节内骨折患者临床效果明显。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of plate fixation in the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods Select 80 cases in our hospital from 2012 June to articular calcaneal fracture treatment in 2014 May in the patients,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group were treated with open reduction treatment,the observation group were treated with plate fixation,treatment effects were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Patients in the control group the total effective rate was 65.0% in the observation group,the total effective rate was 92.5%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Plate internal fixation for the treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures in patients with clinical effect is obvious.
