摘要
目的探讨肺源性心脏病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者的临床治疗方法及疗效。方法收集我院诊治的54例肺源性心脏病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者资料,对患者均进行基础治疗,并根据其并发症及病因采取个体化治疗,然后观察患者的临床疗效。结果 54例患者经基础治疗结合个体化治疗后,总有效率达92.6%。结论对肺源性心脏病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者,采取基础治疗结合个体化治疗的方法,可大大提高患者的治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect and clinical treatment in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease.Methods 54 patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease in our hospital were selected,its are basic treatment,and take the individualized treatment according to the etiology and complications,and then to observe its effect.Results Individual treatment by combined treatment of 54 cases of patients after foundation,the total effective rate was 92.6%.Conclusion In patients with pulmonary heart disease complicated with coronary heart disease,the basic treatment combined with the method of individualized treatment,can greatly improve the treatment of patients with,it is worthy of clinical application.
