乳腺癌改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的随机对照研究

Randomized Controlled Study of Modified Radical Mastectomy for the Treatment of Ⅰ,Ⅱ Stage Breast Cancer

目的探讨乳腺癌改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法收集2006年1月至2009年12月我院收治的110例Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌患者资料,采用随机数字表法将患者分为研究组和对照组,各55例,研究组患者采用乳腺癌改良根治术治疗,对照组患者采用经典乳腺癌根治术治疗,随访5年,综合比较两组患者并发症发生率、5年内局部复发、远处转移及生存情况。结果研究组患者并发症发生率为16.4%,低于对照组的32.7%(P<0.05);研究组患者5年内局部复发、远处转移优于对照组(P<0.05),生存率为89.1%,高于对照组的72.7%(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌改良根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期乳腺癌效果确切,可降低并发症,明显改善患者预后。

stage breast Objective To investigate the clinical effects of modified radical mastectomy for the treatment of Ⅰ、Ⅱ cancer.Methods 110 cases of Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage breast cancer in our hospital were randomly divided into control group,each were 55 cases.Research group were treated with modified radical mastectomy.Control group were treated with classical radical mastectomy.AII patients were followedup for 5 years.The complication rates,local recurrence and distant metastasis and survival situation within five years were compared.Results The complication rates of research group was 16.4%,which was lower than 32.7% of control group（P〈0.05）.The local recurrence and distant metastasis situation within five years of research group were better than control group（P〈0.05）.Survival rates of research group was 89.1%,which was higher than 72.7% of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Modified radical mastectomy for the treatment of Ⅰ、Ⅱ stage breast cancer has exact effect.It can effectively reduce complications and improve the prognosis.It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
