胱抑素C与2型糖尿病并发症的关系

The relationship between cystatin C and complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的探讨胱抑素C(Cys C)与2型糖尿病并发症之间的关系。方法将我院收治的152例2型糖尿病患者完全随机分为颈动脉有斑块组、颈动脉和下肢动脉均有斑块组、下肢动脉有斑块组以及对照组(无糖尿病并发症),对Cys C与2型糖尿病并发症关系进行探讨。结果各组别的血清Cys C水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 Cys C对于2型糖尿病早期诊断具有重要意义,且在判断视网膜病变、血管病变等并发症的过程中发挥着重要作用。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum cystatin C（CysC） and chronic complications of type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 152 cases of type 2 diabetic patients were randomly divided into the carotid plaque group,carotid and lower extremity arteries had plaque group,lower extremity arterial plaques group and the control group（without the complications of diabetes）,discusses the relationship between cystatin C and chronic complications of type 2 diabetes.Results The serum CysC levels of each group were higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Cystatin C has an important significance for the early diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, plays an important role in the process of judgment and retinopathy, vascular complication in the.
