优质护理配合健康教育对骨结核患者康复的效果

High Quality nursing Effect of Health Education on the Rehabilitation of Patients with Tuberculosis of Bone

目的探讨优质护理配合健康教育对骨结核患者康复的效果。方法收集我院收治的120例骨结核患者资料,将患者按数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。对照组患者给予优质护理,观察组患者在此基础上配合健康教育。比较两组患者的知识掌握情况及护理满意度。结果观察组患者的优良率、满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论优质护理配合健康教育有助于骨结核患者的治疗,可提高患者满意度,改善生活质量。

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing effect of health education on the rehabilitation of patients with tuberculosis of bone.Methods Collected in our hospital treated 120 cases of bone tuberculosis patient data,according to the digital method were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 60 cases.The control of high quality nursing to patients,patients in the observation group based on the use of health education.Comparison of two groups of patients with knowledge and nursing satisfaction.Results To observe the excellent rate,groups of patients overall satisfaction are significantly higher than the control group,the difference wasstatistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion High quality nursing health education is helpful to the treatment of bone tuberculosis patients,can improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the quality of life.
