腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围术期护理

Perioperative Nursing care for Patients Undergoing Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的围术期护理。方法资料选自2013年7月至2014年7月于本院行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者75例,均于围术期应用护理干预。比较患者护理前后的生活质量与疼痛程度。结果 75例患者护理后生活质量的各指标评分均高于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且VAS评分明显低于护理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期应用护理干预可提升患者的生活质量并减少疼痛,能有效改善患者预后情况。

Objective Analysis of laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery Wai characteristics and experience of care.Methods The clinical data of 75 patients with randomly selected from 2013 July to 2014 July in our hospital for laparoscopic cholecystectomy, were in the perioperative application of nursing intervention.Comparison of quality of life in patients with pain scores before and after nursing.Results In 75 cases the score of each index of the quality of life of patients was higher than that of nursing care before,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;and the VAS score was significantly lower than the care before,the difference was statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative application of nursing intervention can enhance the quality of life of patients and reduce pain,can effectively improve the prognosis of the patients condition.
