摘要
目的探讨综合护理在糖尿病肾病患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析68例糖尿病肾病患者的综合护理措施。结果 68例患者护理后糖化血红蛋白、餐后2 h血糖、空腹血糖、尿素氮、尿蛋白排泄率和肌酐同护理前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理可明显改善糖尿病肾病患者的临床症状。
Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing in patients with diabetic nephropathy and effect.Methods A retrospective analysis of 68 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients with comprehensive nursing measures.Results 68 cases of patients with nursing after glycosylated hemoglobin, postprandial 2 h blood glucose, fasting blood glucose,blood urea nitrogen,urinary protein excretion and creatinine with care before the comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing care can significantly improve the clinical symptoms in patients with diabetic nephropathy.
