细节护理在脑梗死溶栓治疗患者中的应用效果

The Effect of Nursing care in the Application Details of Thrombolytic Therapy for Cerebral Infarction in Patients

目的探讨细节护理在脑梗死溶栓治疗患者中的应用效果。方法将65例脑梗死溶栓治疗患者按就诊顺序分为研究组(33例)和对照组(32例),对照组患者实行常规护理,研究组患者实行细节化护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果及护理满意度。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率及护理总满意度均较对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论细节护理在脑梗死溶栓治疗患者中应用可有效提高治疗效果和提升护理质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care in the application details of thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction patients.Methods 65 cases of thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction patients randomly divided into study group 33 cases and control group 32 cases,control group patients with routine nursing practice, nursing practice details of the study group patients.Comparison of two groups of patients with treatment and nursing satisfaction.Results Patients in study group the total efficiency and total satisfaction of nursing were higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of the detailed nursing in thrombolytic therapy for cerebral infarction patients effectively and improve the therapeutic effect and improve the quality of nursing.
