B型超声诊断肝内外胆管结石的临床价值

The Clinical Value of B Type Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Extrahepatic bile Duct Stones

目的探讨B型超声诊断肝内外胆管结石的临床价值。方法回顾性分析我院2011年6月至2014年4月收治的91例肝内外胆管结石患者的超声诊断资料。结果 91例患者中,胆囊结石的超声检查与手术证实的诊断符合率为91.2%。结论 B型超声检查诊断肝内外胆管结石方便快捷、无创伤、准确率高,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct stones,Methods Retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 June to 2014 April were 91 cases of extrahepatic bile duct stones in patients with ultrasonic diagnosis data.Results In 91 patients, confirmed the diagnosis of ultrasonography and operation of gallbladder stone the coincidence rate is 91.2%.Conclusion Ultrasonic examination in diagnosis of extrahepatic bile duct stones is convenient,non-invasive,high accuracy rate,has high value in clinical application.
