彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢蒂扭转的临床价值

The clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of ovarian torsion

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢蒂扭转的临床价值。方法回顾性分析2012年7月至2014年7月我站收治的超声诊断45例卵巢蒂扭转患者的临床资料。结果 45例患者中5例发生在正常卵巢,占11.1%,40例患者合并卵巢肿瘤,占88.9%。其中有3例患者误诊,占6.7%;其余42例患者均经超声检查提示卵巢蒂发生扭转或不全扭转,以此反映的超声诊断符合率为93.3%。结论采用彩色多普勒超声诊断卵巢蒂扭转具有较高的准确率,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the clinical application of ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian torsion.Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pedicle in 2012 July to 2014 July in our station,the clinical data of 45 patients with torsion.Results In 45 patients,5 cases occurred in normal ovary, accounted for 11.1%,40 cases of patients with ovarian cancer, accounting for 88.9%.Among them 3 patients were misdiagnosed,accounted for 6 7%;the remaining 42 patients underwent ultrasound was suggestive of ovarian pedicle torsion or incomplete torsion,which reflects the diagnostic accordance rate of ultrasound was 93.3%.Conclusion Torsion has high accuracy by using color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of ovarian pedicle,to highlight the value of clinical application.
