摘要
近半个世纪以来,数字信息技术成为约束"国家利维坦"的重要手段,但伴随时代的进步,数字信息技术开始异化,自身可能演化成为一种新的利维坦即"数字利维坦"。"数字利维坦"是现代社会面临的新型危机,具体表现为:数字技术发展对虚拟社会的逐步消解;"数字利维坦"对社会分裂的助推;"数字利维坦"对个体化社会存在基石的冲击。未来,只有不同社会群体通力合作,才能有效利用数字技术为人类服务,遏制"数字利维坦"的恶性演化。
Since the last half-century, digital information technology has become an important means to constraint National Leviathan. But with the progress of the times, digital information technology started the process of alienation, and it may transform into a new Leviathan, that is the Digital Leviathan. Digital Leviathan is the new crisis of information society. Digital Leviathan may gradually deconstruct the virtual community. It may intensify social disintegration, and it＇s currently erasing the foundation of individual society. In the future, the co-operation among different social groups will be needed to eliminate the negative influence of Digital Leviathan.
