法治思维与执政党建设关系思考

在依法治国战略下,把树立法治思维作为执政党建设的新任务,是新的历史阶段转变党的领导方式和执政方式、全面提高党的建设科学化水平、实现国家发展总战略的必然要求。党的领导与法治、依法治国与依规治党、党的主张与国家意志、权力行使与宪法法律规范、领导干部选拔任用与合法性的关系,是党治国理政涉及法治层面的几个重要关系,正确处理好这些关系必须树立法治思维。树立法治思维是全面从严治党的理性选择。

There are several major relationships involving the rule of law, including those between the leadership of the party and rule of law, rule the country by law and rule the party by law, the Party＇s idea and the will of the state, the execution of power and constitution, law and regulations, the draft and appointment of leaders and legitimacy. In order to correctly deal with these relationships, we must foster the thinking of rule of law. It＇s a rational choice for governing the party strictly on a comprehensive basis. And it＇s urgently needed for enhancing the implementation capacity of the system.
