摘要
西方学术界出现的"新自由主义"思潮,有"改良论新自由主义"与"保守论新自由主义"之分。对于2008年爆发的国际金融危机,两种新自由主义都负有相应的思想指导责任。两个英文术语翻译为一个中文术语,混淆了两种不同的新自由主义概念。我国一些学者把国际金融危机归咎保守论新自由主义,带来诸多理解困境,不利于真正把握新自由主义与国际金融危机之间的关系。
In western academic circles, there are both new liberalism and neo-liberalism. However, when it comes to the Chinese academic circles, the words new liberalism and neo-liberalism have often been translated into the same Chinese words, and this causes much conceptual confusion. As a result of the confusion, many scholars in china only attribute the international financial crisis to neo-liberalism, which is not helpful for understanding the relations between neo-liberalism and international financial crisis.
