Platform-type Organization for Incubating Micro-enterprise Makers

摘要 本文以海尔集团为例,解析了其探索的以"小微"为基本运作单元的平台型组织的内涵,即是一个可快速聚散内外部资源的、快速变现价值的生态圈,也是该集团组织转型的目标是打造创客自冒出、小微自演进的生态圈。任何创客都可以在这个平台上创新、创业,成立自治小微公司,做大、做强。平台必须是开放的,能够让"一流资源无障碍的进入"以及"各方利益的最大化"。文章阐述了海尔平台型组织生态圈创新点主要体现在三个方面:价值链、协作关系、资源配置,并分别列举了相应的实操小案例,具有较强的借鉴意义。 Haier has been exploring platform-type organization composed of the "microenterprise" as the basic operation unit. The article takes Haler as an example to analyze the connotation of platform-type organization. Such organization is an ecosphere where internal and external resources can be quickly converged and diverged to rapidly realize value, and it meets with the Haier's transformation goal (build an ecosphere where makers automatically emerge and micro-enterprises automatically evolve). Any maker can innovate and start a business on the platform, and found an autonomous micro- enterprise, followed by enlarging and strengthening. The platform is open, allowing free entry of advanced resources and maximization of resources for different parties. As described, the innovativeness of such organization is reflected in 3 aspects (value chain, cooperative relationship, resource configuration). The practical eases is respectively given in each aspects, which makes the article highly referable.
