摘要
互联网时代海尔的平台型组织及按单聚散人力资源体系的运营离不开强大的信息化系统保障,这也对原HR信息化平台提出了更大的挑战。本文主要阐述了基于以上用户需求,海尔集团HR平台搭建了一个模块化、灵活、流程可以自由组合的E-hr信息化平台,该平台包含平台型组织管理、人才的按单聚散、薪酬体系管理、共享服务等。同时,E-hr信息化平台还为小微提供各种增值服务:HR大数据增值平台,通过对数据深度挖掘分析、可视化,为小微主决策提供数据支持,为员工提供各类自主服务,为HR提供全方位数据分析与解决方案。
In the Internet age, Haier's platform-type organization and the 'convergence & divergence by order' HR system can't operated successfully without a strong information-based system, and such requirement significantly challenges the original HR information-based platform. The article describes that based on the demand, an 'Ehr information-based platform', which is modular and flexible with configurable flow, was built by Haier's Human Resource Platform Department. The system includes such modules: platform-type organization management, 'talents' convergence & divergence by order', compensation system management and sharing service. At the same time, the 'E-hr information-based platform'(HR big data value-added platform) offer various value-added services for micro-enterprises by analyzing the data and make it visible. the system can offer the data for micro-enterprise in decision-making, provide the selfservice to staffs, and all-round data analysis and solution for HR management.
