摘要
本文以我国从航天大国迈向航天强国时期为背景,分析了航天企业员工在新形势下面临的巨大压力对企业人文关怀提出的更加具体的需求。如何深化企业人文关怀措施,提高人文关怀的针对性和有效性,是现代航天企业人力资源管理工作的新课题。本文在分析现有人文关怀举措不足之处的基础上,提出了通过群体个性化、响应快速化、措施多样化的"微关怀"行动来满足员工多层次、个性化、时效化的需求,并以北京卫星环境工程研究所工作实际为例,提出了航天企业员工"微关怀"实施流程并展示了"微关怀"实施案例,为企业提供一个深化人文关怀的思考思路和实践方向。
With the development of aerospace industry in China, great pressures arise from high-intensity work, longtime work or family affairs, which have burdened the employees in the aerospace enterprises. Employees need more humanistic care from the enterprises. How to improve the humanistic care to ease the pressure of the employees is a new subject of human resource management. This paper puts forward a definition of "micro care" , discusses the deficiencies of the traditional humanistic care, and proposes that aerospace enterprises should take "micro care" measures, which consist of group personality, fast response and measures of diversification, in order to meet the multi-variety, personal and immediate demands of the employees. Taking Beijing Institute of Spacecraft Environment Engineering as a practical case, this paper demonstrates the design, implementation and effectS of "micro care" in the aerospace enterprises. It has been proved that "micro care" is surely a new way to improve the humanistic care for aerospace enterprises, and it also can be promoted to other enterprises.
