摘要
本文通过对女性劳务派遣工所面临的环境与劳动权利现状的梳理,发现我国包括女性被派遣劳动者的劳务派遣工占比较高,同工不同酬、工资福利偏低、社会保障权益缺失、职业发展前景不明晰、女性"四期"保护不足等突出问题。本文认为维护女性劳务派遣职工合法权益,除进一步健全相关法规体系;需要构建政府主导、工会、妇联参与的合力监管模式;工作重点应放在提升女性维权能力方面。
Through reviewing the whole environment and labour right protection of female dispatched workers in our country, serious problems can be found in this article, such as higher percentage of dispatched women in the whole labor market, unequal pay for equal work, lack of social security rights, and Tack of prospoct of career development, inadequate protection on the female during "the Four Periods" . To safeguard legitimate rights and interests of female dispatched workers, besides improving the system of relevant laws and regulations; we ought to build a supervision pattern dominated by government and participated by labor unions and female federations; focusing on ameliorating women's capacity of rights defense.
