Li Zhenxi is a famous teacher who is active in basic education practice. The current paper proposed based on the analysis on the detail of teacher Li＇s life that the fundamental qualities of Li Zhenxi as an excellent teacher are his genuine love, innocent heart and rationality demonstrated in his interaction with students.
