摘要
元教学行动是元认知理念指引下的实践行为,属于高层次的教学行为,这种行动能为教师实践智慧的形成提供思路和框架,为教师提供可持续性发展的动力。教师元教学行动的实践路径可从三个方面展开:一是通过监测任务设计,达到对教学活动的自我明晰和表述;二是通过监控教学过程,达到对教学活动的自我监控和调节;三是通过检测教学结果,开展自我反思,达到教学发展。
Meta-teaching action which is the action about teaching is the teaching action on the higher level. The action can be manipulated, thus it can not only provide thoughts for forming teaching intelligence, but also provide the power for teachers' continuous development. Meta-teaching action can promote the efficient teaching, which can be realized through three approaches, the first approach is monitoring the task design which can push teachers to get self-clarity and explanations about teaching; the second is controlling the teaching process which can promote teachers' self-monitor and regulation; the third is checking teaching outcome which furthermore facilitate teachers' self-reflection and the development of teaching skills.
