摘要
市民社会治理的路径是从参与政治起始走向社会自主管理。要以法制化为前提,以市民政治素质提高为基础,建立社会市民组织单位,实现市民社会的良性治理。在不断发现问题、分析问题并解决问题的过程中,为市民社会与政府治理提供动力。
The path of civil society governance had started from participation in political affairs to social self-management.With legalization as the precondition, government transformation as the guidance, the improvement of the political quality of citizens as the foundation, and the foundation of organization of civil citizens as units, the benign governance of civil society can be realized.Only in the process of discovering problems, analyzing and solving problems, provide motive for the civil society and the government governance in our country.
