摘要
资金不足严重制约作为一带一路重要内容的跨境基础设施建设,亟需国内私人资本参与。私人资本走出去的动力,有劳动力成本上升刺激国内私人资本走出去;跨境基础设施投资具有抗经济周期性;跨境基础设施投资享受政府的优惠。其中也面临诸多困难,需要创新合作方式、投资模式,完善金融市场。
It is obstacle of cross-border infrastructural development in One Belt and One Road Project to lack of capital. Domestic Private Capital is meted the gap and features of capital in cross-border infrastruetural development. New pattern of cooperation and investment and perfecting financial market should be found to abstract more domestic private capital flow to cross-border infrastructure development
