On Urban Renewal and its Impact on Population

本文在借鉴国内外有关城市更新对人口影响研究的基础上,以深圳已经公开的36个城市更新项目为样本,采用数理推导和个案研究两种方法,全面分析了城市更新将对深圳城市人口的总量、分布和结构的影响,并提出推进城市更新规划与人口发展规划的衔接等政策建议。

Base on Shenzhen 36 urban renewal projects already in the public, using the mathematical deduction and case studies two methods, analyses the influence on the quantum, the distribution and structure of population of Shenzhen city, and put forward the city renewal planning and population development planning convergence policy recommendations.
