摘要
部分高校为了节省开支、降低成本、提高学校的经济效益,调整作息时间,缩短学期,减少学生在校时间。但调查结果显示,这样做会导致学生的时间效能感减弱,不利于合理利用时间资源,甚至会浪费时间资源,不利于提高综合效益。为加强对时间资源的管理,提高学生的时间效能感,应该引入松弛时间,整理时间资源碎片;顺应人体生物节律,使学生合理安排学习任务;区分生态位差异,缓解资源压力。
In order to save costs and improve the economic benefit of universities, some universities adjust the schedule to shorten the term and reduce the students' time in universities. However, the investigation shows that it will reduce the students' time efficacy sense and result in the students' improper use of time or even waste of time. If we want to strengthen the students' time resource management and improve the students' time efficacy sense, we should introduce the relaxation time, integrate time fragments, conform to the human biological rhythm and arrange rationally the students' learning task reasonably, distinguish niche differences and ease resource competition.
