摘要 完成了对我国市场常见益生菌婴幼儿配方乳粉标签标识情况的调查;利用16Sr RNA技术建立了基于双歧杆菌基因组序列的分子鉴定方法,对市场常见的19例益生菌乳粉中分离得到的28株双歧杆菌进行菌株分子鉴定和标签相符性分析,为该类产品的安全监管提供技术参考和建议。 Infant formula milk powder is a kind of product which gets most attention of comsumers. Probiotic formula milk powder for in- fants is gradually being loved by the people for its function of regulation bowel function. In this study, common brands ofprobiotic formula milk powder for infant have been collected and analysed with their labeling situation. Using standard strains, molecular identification technol- ogy is established based on 16S rRNA sequence of bifidobacterium genome. 28 strains of bifidobacterium separated from 19 probiotic milk powder are identificated and the accordance situation with label is analysed by apphcation of this molecular identification technology. This study provide technique and suggestion for safety supervision of the probiotic formula milk powder products.
