酸败乳、掺碱乳和乳房炎乳快速检测试纸条的研制

摘要 为了快速检测酸败乳、掺碱乳和乳房炎乳,采用对比的方法,先将溴甲酚紫、中性红、溴百里酚蓝、硝酸银和铬酸钾等显色剂,按照不同比例混合,再将滤纸浸泡其中,烘干,制备用于指示酸败乳、掺碱乳和乳房炎乳的试纸条。结果表明:(1)将中速定性滤纸在显色剂中浸泡30 min,50~60℃真空干燥制备的试纸条效果好;(2)指示酸败乳和掺碱乳试纸条的最佳显色试剂体积配制比例是VA:VB∶VC=25∶10∶1,显色剂A、B、C分别是质量分数为0.094%溴甲酚紫的乙醇(体积分数23%)溶液、0.1%溴百里酚蓝的乙醇(体积分数23%)溶液、0.1%中性红的乙醇(60%)溶液,与精密p H试纸相比,所研制的试纸条能快速同时检测出酸败乳和掺碱乳;(3)指示乳房炎乳试纸条的制作方法是先将滤纸在浓度为0.05 mol/L的硝酸银溶液中浸泡30 min,真空烘干后,再放入浓度为0.01 mol/L的铬酸钾溶液中浸泡30 min,真空烘干即可。 In order to quickly detect the rancid milk, mixed alkali milk and mastiffs milk base, using the method of comparison,firstly accord- ing to the different proportions mixed the bromocresol purple, neutral red, bromothymol blue, silver nitrate and potassium chromate reagent, and then soak them filter, drying, prepare the test strip to indicate the rancid milk, mixed alkali milk and mastitis milk. The results show that: (1) the medium speed quantitative filter paper soaked in the chromogenic agent for 30 rain, 50 to 60 ℃ preparation of sttip vacuum drying ef- fect is good;(2)the best chromogenic agent indicates the rancid milk and mixed alkali milk test paper preparation ratio is VA:VB: VC=25: 10:1 agent A, B, C were 0.094% bromoresol purple ethanol solution (23%), 0.1% bromothymol blue ethanol solution(23%), 0.1%neutral red etha- nol solution(60%) ,compared with the precision pH test strips, the developed test strip can quickly detect rancidity milk and milk mixed with alkali;(3) the test paper to indicate mastiffs milk is that with the filter paper soaked in a 0.05 mol/L solution of silver nitrate in 30 rain first, fol- lowed by vacuum drying box for drying, and then putted it into the potassium chromate solution of 0.01 mol/L 30 min soaking, then drying.
