摘要 综述了阪崎肠杆菌的生理特征、危害及其污染途径及预防控制措施、食品及环境中阪崎肠杆菌的鉴定、检验技术。 This article reviewed the physiological characteristics of E. sakazakii, pollution controlling and accurate identification and rapid detection technologies.
