摘要 本文主要就合成生物学在医药、能源领域中的应用情况进行回顾。合成生物学在于药物领域的应用上,以加州大学伯克利分校化工系的Jay Keasling的青蒿二烯生物合成、麻省理工学院化工系的Gregory Stephanopoulos的紫杉二烯生物合成为代表;在能源领域的应用上,以生物基材料、C02转化利用等为代表。
