摘要
我国3S方面的技术正快速地发畏起来,并应用于不同领域。本研究将哈尔滨市作为研究对象,对其生态宜居性进行动态评估,并实现了评估系统。该系统不仅可以查询哈尔滨市主城区的总体宜居性,还可以根据不同用户类型选择不同的评估模型对哈尔滨市生态宜居性进行动态评估,以满足用户多样化的需求。本研究采用《中国城市宜居指数2005年度报告》中的评估模型作为本系统总体宜居性的评估模型,用户类型评估模型分别为:教育宜居模型、养生医疗宜居模型、事业宜居模型。本文简要阐述系统的功能及设计实现的方法。
China's 3S technology is rapidly developed, and applied to different fields. In this study, the city of Harbin as the research object, the dynamic assessment of the ecological livability, and implementation of evaluation system. The system not only can query the main urban area of Harbin city's overall livability, also can be selected according to different evaluation model of dynamic assessment of ecological and livable city of Harbin of different types of users, to meet the diverse needs of users. This study used "Chinese city livable index" in the 2005 annual report of the evaluation model as the evaluation of the overall livability of the system model of . type of user evaluation model are: education, livable model model, the cause of health care of livable livable model. This paper briefly describes the method to realize the function and the design of the system.
