新护士转型冲击评价量表的编制及信效度检验

Development and the reliability and validity test of the Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale

目的编制新护士转型冲击评价量表,并检验其信度和效度,为评估新护士转型冲击程度提供一个有效的测评工具。方法以转型冲击理论为概念框架,通过查阅文献和半结构访谈形成初期量表,经过专家评议、预测试、大样本测试形成正式量表,并进行信度和效度检验。结果形成的新护士转型冲击评价量表包括4个维度和27个条目;累积方差贡献率为68.538%,Cronbach'sα系数为0.918,项目间平均相关系数为0.293,内容效度为0.906。结论量表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为测评新护士转型冲击程度的工具。

ObjectiveTo develop a scale ior measuring transition shock of newly graduated nurses and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the theory of Transition Shock and results of semi-structured inter- views and literature review,the item pool was formulated and was modified through expert consultation and pilot test. The reliability and validity was tested among 825 newly graduated nurses. ResuLts The Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale consisted of 27 items and four factors. The cumulative contribution of variance was 68.538%. The Cronbach＇s alpha coefficient,the mean inter-item correlations and the content validity index was 0.918,0.293,0.906,respectively. Conclusion The Transition Shock of Newly Graduated Nurses Scale has been proved to be reliable and valid. It can be used as a valid tool to assess transition shock of newly graduated nurses.
