摘要 [目的]研究LED新型光源的不同光质对烟草组培苗增殖的影响,为植物组织培养专用LED光源的研发提供理论依据和数据支持。[方法]以云烟"87"号为试材,通过组织培养方式研究LED光源发射的单色光谱红光、蓝光、绿光等不同光质配比组合,以荧光灯作为对照的光质对烟草组培苗生长增殖效果的影响。[结果]红蓝绿(RBG)光质处理下的烟草组培苗增殖率最高,显著高于对照荧光灯(W2)127.2%(P<0.05)。[结论]LED红蓝绿(RBG)组合光质是烟草组织培养增殖阶段的最佳光源。 [ Objective] The effects of different light qualities on growth of tobacco in v/tro under light-emitting diodes (LEDs) were investiga- ted. [ Method] By arraying tobacco plants with the different wave length and ratio of light emitting diodes (LEDs), fluorescent lamp (W2) light as control, the effects of light quality on physiological characteristics and growth were investigated. [ Result ] The proliferation rate of plant tissue of Nicotiana tabacum L. is the highest under Red-blue-green LED light (RBG), which is significantly higher than W2 127.2% (P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion ] The RBG-light will be the best light source in proliferation stage.
