摘要
基于历史资料应用的便捷性、安全性考虑,舍弃C/S模式的库管结构,采用B/S模式,利用高级编程语言开发一套基于B/S模式的网络历史地面气象资料管理应用系统。其中系统资料导入功能可以将徐州市(含5个县站)地面报表文件序列整编入库,构建徐州及5个县站1953年至现在的Oracle历史资料库,并分别建立时、日、旬、月、季、年历史资料、气候资料等数据表;编制资料库服务器端管理软件,实现对资料库进行指令级的管理调度及用户间的资源均衡分配;同时编制基于Web管理应用界面以满足用户对资料库的各种检索需要,页面针对各气象要素提供分时、日、旬、月、季、年及气候资料统计查询等应用功能,从而满足气象科研及社会各行各业对气象资料统计查询的需要。
