摘要
随着以大量消耗化石能源为基础的农业生产方式在我国的推进,农业生产加剧了能源紧缺、环境污染等问题,因而急需一种能源效率高的农业生产方式。有机农业"低能耗、低污染"的特点受到许多学者的关注。为了弄清有机农业在提高能源效率方面的潜力,以鸡养殖为例,通过对比分析研究有机农业与常规农业能源效率的差异。研究结果显示,有机鸡养殖能源投入产出比为1.82元/MJ,比常规农业高19%。并在以上分析基础上提出相关的政策建议。
With the development of excessive consumption of fossil energy production mode in China, it has been caused energy shortage and environmental pollution, so we need a kind of high energy efficiency of agricultural production. Now the organic farming has been focused by many scholars. In order to find out the potential of organic agriculture in improving energy efficiency, .choosing the chicken breeding as an ex- ample, differences between organic and conventional agriculture energy efficiency were analyzed. The results showed that organic chicken breeding energy input - output ratio is 1.82 yuan/MJ, higher than conventional agriculture of 19%. Based on the above analysis, relevant policy suggestions were put forward.
