厌氧条件下贮叶过程烟叶化学成分变化

摘要 [目的]探索保障贮叶过程烟叶品质稳定的方法,研究厌氧条件下烟叶贮存过程中烟叶部分化学成分的变化.[方法]试验模拟了卷烟生产过程的贮叶条件(环境温度28 ~ 30℃,环境相对湿度60%~65%),并为贮叶提供了厌氧环境,贮存72 h(一般卷烟生产活动的极限贮存时间)后检测烟叶中部分对烟叶品质有重要影响的化学成分——总糖、还原糖、总氮、烟碱等常规化学成分,以及茄酮、β-二氢大马酮、巨豆三烯酮等致香成分和部分有机酸含量并与空白样进行对比.[结果]试验表明,厌氧条件下贮叶72 h,烟叶中常规化学成分、中性致香成分无明显变化,有机酸含量有较显著变化.[结论]厌氧条件有利于贮叶过程中烟草品质稳定. [ Objective ] In order to explore the method for stable quality of tobacco leaf during storage, the change of the part of chemical composition of tobacco leaf were studied during storage process at anaerobic conditions. [ Method] Test to simulate the cigarette manufacturing process of storage conditions( environment temperature 28 -30 ~C, environment relative humidity 60% -65% ), and provides anaerobic envi- ronment for storing, a part of chemical components(TS, RS, TKN, NIC, and part of the organic acid content and Solanone, beta. -Damas- cone, Megastigmatrienone etc. ) that has important influence on tobacco leaf quality were detected in storage for 72 hours. [ Result ] Tests showed that there were no significant changes of the chemical components (TS, RS, TKN, NIC )and the aroma constituents and that there were significant changes of the organic acid content. [ Conclusion ] In the tobacco storing process, anaerobic conditions are favorable for tobac- co quality and stability.
