芪郁解毒方治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病的临床研究

Clinical Researches on ALL Treatment by the QiYu Toxin-removing Decoction

目的通过观察芪郁解毒方对急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)微小残留白血病(MRD)的治疗统计分析患者持续完全缓解时间及生存率。方法通过临床应用芪郁解毒方治疗MRD的基础上进行回顾性研究。结果研究结果表明:治疗组3年、5年持续完全缓解率及生存率优于对照组。经Log生存分析两组持续完全缓解率有显著差异(P<0.05),而生存率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论芪郁解毒方在改善MRD临床症状,持续完全缓解时间方面疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the effects of the QiYu Toxin-removing Decoction on minimal residual disease （MRD） in patients with acute lymphoblastic leukemia （ALL） to statistically analyze the patients＇ continuous complete remission time and survival rate. Methods： The retrospective studies was conducted in the research based on the application of the QiYu Toxin-removing Decoction in treating MRD. Results： The outcome showed that continuous complete remission rates and survival rates of 3 years and 5 years in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Through Log survival analysis, the differences of continuous complete remission rates between the two groups had statistical meanings （P〈0.05） while the survival rate had no meaning （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： The QiYu Toxin-removing Decoction has a vast effect in improving the clinical symptoms of MRD patients and the continuous complete remission time.
