桥墩防冲板结构控制因素及其优化研究 被引量:4

摘要 针对桥墩局部防冲刷问题,从减小冲坑深度和减弱墩前近底垂向流速角度出发,在实验室建立桥墩防冲板模型,利用多轮正交试验、方差分析及极差分析防冲板3个控制因素的主次关系,并确立防冲板结构的最佳组合形式。结果表明,防冲板长半轴长度和安装位置均为重要的影响因素,安装位置的影响作用略大于长半轴长度,但防冲板短半轴长度对桥墩防冲影响甚微,进而获得桥墩防冲板模型的最佳结构形式为H1A3B1,即安装位置为0.2h(h为水深)、防冲板长半轴长度为2r(r为模型桥墩半径)、短半轴长度为1.4r。 Aiming at the problem Of local anti-scour near piers, by building model in the laboratory, the paper studied the primary and secondary relationship of three controlling factors about scour plate from the aspect of reducing the scour pit depth and decreasing the vertical velocity near bottom in front of the pier. And then the best combination form of pier scour plate structure was established by combining multi-round orthogonal experiment, variance and range analysis. The experimental results show that both semi-major axis length and installation position of scour plate are important factors. The influence of installation position is slightly greater than that of the semi-major axis length, but the semi-minor axis length has little impact on the pier anti scour. Furthermore, the optimal structural form of pier scour plate model is H1A3Bz, namely, the installation position is 0.2h(h is the water depth), the semi-major axis length is 2r(r is radius of the pier model), and the semi-minor axis length is 1.4r.
