摘要
乳制品工业废水具有有机物含量高、水质波动范围大和可生化性好等特点,容易被微生物分解利用,因此生物处理工艺是乳制品工业废水处理的核心工艺技术。文章综述了好氧和厌氧处理工艺的反应器及其基本运行参数的最新研究报道,并且对比了两工艺优缺点。旨在为提高乳制品废水生物处理效率、工艺选择和运行参数优化提供参考依据。
Dairy industry wastewater is characterized by high organic matter content, wide range of water quality and good biodegradability. Hence biological treatment process is a key technology which can be used in the treatment of dairy industry wastewater. Recent advancements on aerobic process, anaerobic process, their basic operating parameters and their advantages or disadvantages have been discussed with the purpose of providing the reference for the improvement of biological treatment efficiency of dairy industry wastewater, the process selection and operating parameters optimization.
