摘要
分析了江西省某城市改良氧化沟工艺污水处理厂的能耗水平。结果表明,该污水处理厂能耗较高,生化处理单元(氧化沟)、预处理单元、污泥处理单元能耗为分别总能耗的57.16%、26.55%、16.29%,具有较大的节能潜力。采用在进水泵房内增设超声波液位计、控制氧化沟内曝气转刷设备运行、优化脱水设备的关键部件、加强对脱水机房管理等的方法,可实现厂区节能降耗目标。
Energy consumption level of a city sewage treatment plant in the Jiangxi province was analyzed. The results showed that the energy consumption of this sewage treatment plant was high. To be specific, energy consumption of biochemical treatment unit (oxidation ditch), pretreatment unit and sludge treatment unit was 57.16%, 26.55%, 16.29% of the total energy consumption, respectively, which had great potential for energy saving. Thus some methods were considered to be used such as subjoining ultrasonic level meter in the feed water pump room, controlling the operation of oxidation ditch aeration equipment running the brush, optimizing key components of dewatering equipment and strengthening management to the dewatering room, which could therefore achieve the goal of energy saving and cost reducing in the plant.
