猪繁殖与呼吸综合征免疫监测效果研究

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是一种急性、高致死率的疫病,特点是发病急、传播迅速、防控难度较大。笔者对大兴区种猪场、规模猪场和散养户(A、B、C 3类)进行了抗原与抗体普查,应用弱毒苗(JXA1-R株)对猪群免疫,建立免疫程序。结果表明,普查检测C类场免疫抗体阳性率68.0%,抗原阳性率5%,该类场立即以JXA1-R株弱毒疫苗组织免疫,免疫后28 d采血再行检测提高到7 8.3%;A类和B类免疫抗体阳性率分别为7 8.0%、75.0%,抗原阳性率8.3%和8%。该类场1个月后免疫,免疫后28 d采血再行检测抗体阳性率分别提高到91.0%、91.2%,与普查抗体阳性率差异显著(P<0.05)。随后分别建立了免疫程序免疫,以JXA1-R株弱毒疫苗对猪群进行免疫,对弱仔猪、病猪和带毒种猪的淘汰和免疫强度的增加,猪蓝耳病的免疫抗体水平都有所提高,抗体阳性率分别为90.8%、87.6%、86.3%,平均抗体阳性率88.1%,全区建立免疫程序免疫效率与首免前差异显著(P<0.01)。对全区A类、B类、C类场分别进行了随机抽查抗原监测,2014年4月阳性率0.5%,取得较好免疫效果。
