综采面液压支架故障诊断方法与技术 被引量:9

摘要 在综采工作面中,液压支架的作用十分显著,直接影响着整个综采流程及煤矿生产。液压支架系统的故障有多种,影响因素不尽相同。通过分析井下液压支架常见的故障、故障的类型及故障的原因,列出了多种故障诊断技术,并分析了其发展前景。介绍适用于综采工作面液压支架的便携式隔爆矿用本安型泄漏故障检测仪,通过现场试验,该检测技术能准确判定支架泄漏故障的部位及其程度,有效提高支架可靠性并减少支架-围岩事故的发生率,提高效率和经济效益。 In the fully mechanized mining face,the hydraulic support plays an important role.The working condition of hydraulic support influ- ences the production process of coal pits directly. The serious fault problem, fault type and failure cause of hydraulic support were analyzed. The portable,flameproof and intrinsically safe detector of leakage fault was developed for mechanized mining support, based on the diagnosis principle of hydraulic fault. As a result, the support reliability was improved, the downtime due to support and surrounding rock decreased; at the same time, efficiency and cost- effective is improved.
