反求重构的气缸盖冷却水腔的CFD分析与优化 被引量:3

摘要 利用CFD软件对基于层析法反求重构出的四缸发动机气缸盖冷却水腔模型进行了模拟研究。综合分析速度场、压力场、温度场以及换热系数分布和各上水孔分配情况,对重构模型进行了评估,发现各缸冷却不均匀、有局部低速区域和回流与涡流。为了最大限度的改善其冷却性能,对局部区域进行了优化改进。通过对比分析改进前后的模拟计算结果,表明改进方案明显改善了冷却性能。对发动机气缸盖冷却水腔的设计及优化具有参考指导意义。 Reconstructed cooling water jacket of cylinder head of engine based on slicing method was CFD stimulated. Yelocity field, pressure field, temperature field, coefficient of heat transfer and distribution situation about each water inlet were analyzed according to stimulated results, and reconstructed quality of cooling water jacket was evaluated and uneven cooling performance, local area of low velocity and backflow was found. It was optimized in order to improve its cooling performance. Stimulating results optimized before and after show that cooling performance of cooling water jacket is obviously improved by optimized project. It can be referenced for designing and optimizing cooling water jacket.
