金牛咽炎胶囊处方中的药材提取工艺的考察

Investigation on extraction process of medicinal substances in Jinniu pharyngitis capsules

目的:优选金牛咽炎胶囊的提取工艺。方法:以浸膏率、绿原酸转移率为综合指标,采用L9(34)正交试验,以乙醇体积分数、加醇量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素。对提取工艺条件进行优选。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为70%乙醇8倍量,回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论:优选的提取工艺条件稳定可行。

OBJECTIVE To optimize extraction process of Jinniu pharyngitis capsules. METHODS With extracting rate and content o{ chlorogenic acid as indexes, ethanol concentration, amount of solvent, extraction duration and extraction times as in- vestigation factors, conditions for extraction process were optimized by using orthogonal experiment.RESULTS Optimum ex- traction process conditions： eight volumes of 70% ethanol and reflux extracting for 3 times with 1 hour for each time. CON- CLUSlON This optimized extraction technology is stable and feasible.
