Intervention by a clinical pharmacist for the adverse reaction of nifedipine induced Erythema Multiforme

一急性肾炎并肾功能不全患儿在住院期间发生多形性红斑,临床药师在诊治过程中筛选出致敏药品—硝苯地平,使患儿获得较好的临床转归。通过临床药师对药品不良反应的干预,体现药学临床思维的重要性及价值,并促进药物治疗的安全有效。

Erythema multiforme occurred in a child with an acute nephritis and renal insufficiency child during hospitaliza- tion . A clinical pharmacist found the sensitizing drug （nifedipine） and made an efficient prognosis for the child. The interven- tion for the adverse drug reaction by clinical pharmacist can embody the importance and value of clinical pharmaceutical, and promote the safety and activity of medication.
