摘要
直流磁系统受吸合过程中侧向力的作用,在保持位置衔铁和磁轭会发生偏置,研究了偏置对直流磁系统释放电压的影响。通过仿真分析了电磁吸力和释放电压随衔铁和磁轭偏置距离的变化规律,并进行了试验验证。
Because of the effect of lateral electromagnetic attraction on DC magnetic system in the closing process, the armature and yoke would deviate in the holding position. In the paper, the influence of the deviation on the release voltage of DC magnetic system was researched, and the variation regular of electromagnetic attraction and release voltage depended on the value of lateral air-gap are analyzed and demonstrated by simulation and experiments.
