摘要
采用Ansys Fluent软件建立万能式断路器(ACB)气流场的模型,对发热源进行仿真分析。通过对重要的热源进行散热处理,改善温度环境,仿真研究了风扇对ACB进行主动散热的效果。仿真及试验结果表明,采用的方案可有效地提高ACB电流承载能力,为ACB散热的优化设计提供了理论依据。
An air circuit breaker' s(ACB) air flow field model was buih by Ansys Fluent software and the heat source was simulated and analyzed. The heat radiating of some key sources was processed in order to improve the temperature environment. This paper focused on the research of active cooling of ACB through electric fan and simulated and analyzed its effect. The simulation and test results show that the scheme can effectively improve the current load capacity of ACB which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of ACB' s heat radiation.
