摘要
基于有限元分析软件,建立了直流继电器的仿真模型,分析了其在不同工况下的温度场情况。利用仿真结果指导继电器产品设计,制作了实物样品,进行对比测试与分析。试验结果表明,仿真分析与实际测试结果吻合度良好,能在设计阶段就有效地分析产品的温升情况,对继电器产品开发具有重要意义。
Based on the finite element analysis software, this paper set up a simulation model of DC relay, and the temperature fields in different conditions were analysed. According to the simulation result, the sample relay was manufactured and tested. It shows that the simulation analysis and the actual test result are in good agreement. It can effectively analyze the temperature field in the products' design phase,which is significant to relay development.
