跨国并购中的私募股权基金战略研究

摘要跨国并购已成为对外直接投资的一种重要方式。本文通过对跨国并购中私募股权基金的战略与作用进行研究,认为联手私募机构进行跨国并购具有众多战略上的益处。未来我国私募股权基金的发展方向应为并购型基金,这同时要求在人力、资本与经验上要相应提升。
