摘要
目的探讨癫痫患者脑脊液及血清中CXCL13水平变化及其临床意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附法检测60例癫痫患者及22例神经官能症患者脑脊液及血浆中的CXCL13浓度。结果癫痫患者脑脊液及血浆中CXCL13浓度较对照组升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。耐药性癫痫患者脑脊液及血浆中CXCL13浓度比新诊断的癫痫患者及抗癫痫药物治疗有效的患者升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CXCL13可能作为癫痫及耐药性癫痫一个潜在的生物标记。
Objective The study aimed to detect the degree of CXCL13 in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and in serum, and to explore its clinic significance. Methods Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to detect concentration of CX- CL13 in CSF and serum of 60 patients with epilepsy and 22 patients with psychoneurosis. Results Concentration of CXCL13 in CSF and serum of patients with epilepsy were higher than the control. Further, CXCL13 in CSF and serum of patients with drug-resistant epilepsy were higher than those who were newly diagnosed. Differences were statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion CXCL13 may have a potential to become a biomarker for epilepsy and drug-resistant eDileosv.
