品管圈在提高血标本合格率中的应用

In Improving the Qualified Rate of the Samples of Blood Quality Control Circle

目的探讨品管圈手法在提高血标本合格率项目中的应用效果。方法成立品管圈,通过品管圈活动步骤,运用质量管理常用工具对检验标本分析前存在的问题进行改进,并将改进前、后状况进行比较。结果通过QCC品管圈活动,培训前后的检验标本合格率相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论正确的标本采集是取得及时准确报告的前提,为临床疾病的诊断和治疗提供了最可靠的保障。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle approach in improving the qualified rate of blood sam- ple. Method To set up quality control circle and use the management tools to improve the problems of the test sample analysis through the QC circle steps. Result The situation is compared before and after the QC circle. Through the QCC activities, test sample before and after the movement has a statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Proper sample collection gives the timely and accurate reports and the QCC offers the most reliable protection for clinical diagnosis and treatment
