非计划再次手术的发生原因分析及改进探讨

目的分析非计划再次手术发生的原因,吸取经验教训,做好非计划再次手术管理,提高手术医疗质量。方法对我院34例非计划再次手术进行原因分析。结果非计划再次手术发生的几率以高风险手术科室居多,占全部非计划再次手术的40%。进行非计划再次手术的主要原因是术后出血和病理诊断欠准确。结论应积极提高外科医生诊疗水平,提高冰冻切片病理诊断正确率,落实术前讨论的切实执行,加强医院对非计划再次手术的监管,降低非计划再次手术的发生。

Objective To analyse the causes of unplanned reoperation, draw the experience and lessons, so as to improve the management of unplanned reoperation and improve the medical quality. Methods 34 cases of unplanned reoperations in pa- tients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results The majority of the reoperations occurred in high risk operation de- partment, accounting for 40%. The reoperation mainly due to bleeding after operation and pathological findings error. Conclusion The surgeons＇diagnosis and treatment ability should be improved, the accuracy of rapid pathological diagnosis should be upgra- ded, and the preoperation discussion should be practically performed, and the special supervision for unplanned reoperation of the medical service department should be strengthened. Through the above measures to reduce the occurrence of unplanned reopera- tion.
